• Staying Up-to-Date: You keep your finger on the pulse, staying informed about current trends in your field. You bring this knowledge to your role and team, suggesting potential innovations.
• Resilience: You write highly resilient code.
• Security: You are capable of identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities.
• Software Patterns: You understand the fundamentals of software design patterns and are able to apply them within the project.
• Performance: You are capable of analyzing and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Testing: You can write tests for complex scenarios and analyze the results.
• Metrics (Maintainability, Complexity, etc.): You can interpret code metrics and derive actionable improvements for your software.
• Problem-Solving: When you spot a challenge or a problem, you actively contribute toward a solution and support others in doing so.
