Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor, equipment, manufacturing, technical sales, or related industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across customers, regions, and internal organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers regarding commercial, technical, and operational matters.
• Prepare and manage quotations, customer inquiries, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate pricing, commercial documentation, delivery schedules, and contractual requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecast, and order information.
• Support preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, proposals, and management reports.
