Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a growing semiconductor distribution client in California. You will manage customer relationships, support sales activities, and coordinate business between customers, suppliers and internal teams across the North American region.

In this role you will participate in the full sales cycle from quotation through delivery, travel to customer sites, and translate technical product discussions into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day account activities.
• Coordinate customer orders, forecasts, deliveries, and related matters.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales documentation.
• Work with internal operations and supplier teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support customer meetings, product discussions, and business reviews.
• Identify customer needs and uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, forecasts, and sales opportunities.
• Support technical discussions involving semiconductor and electronic components.
• Travel periodically to customer locations throughout North America.
