Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify customer needs and propose technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and design reviews.
• Support evaluations, performance analysis, and implementation.
• Act as primary technical contact during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to drive design wins.
• Gather market feedback to influence product development.
• Support product launches with collateral and customer training.
• Prepare technical proposals and competitive comparisons.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
• Build long-term technical relationships with customers and partners.
