Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 5 years of technical sales experience in an engineering environment.
- Experience in industrial HVAC, calorimetry, and/or refrigeration equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and present proposals.
- Lead discovery with customers to define requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate with Proposal Team to capture requirements in proposals.
- Develop sales strategies to grow revenue in target markets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
