Job summary

Flexlink is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive service, maintenance and spare parts sales from the Northeastern US. You will access Flexlink’s catalog to win opportunities and will travel to customer sites frequently in the region.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, an engineering background, and English fluency. SAP and CRM familiarity are preferred. This role is hybrid with substantial travel and requires residing near Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required with phone and in-person activities.
• Engineering knowledge in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM software is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Resides in Allentown, PA area and able to travel up to 75%.
• Hybrid work arrangement with some in-office periods.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through cold calling, industry events, lead follow-up and installed-based research to identify new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with clients with regular follow-ups and meetings to capture opportunities.
• Work closely with Applications Engineering to craft professional proposals for potential clients.
• Keep meticulous CRM records and stay aligned with peers and management.
