Our Titan-Flex compressor is engineered for vapor recovery and production enhancement, providing unmatched flexibility and reliability in the field.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate lives in the region and has existing relationships with operators. This role focuses on selling vapor recovery and production enhancement solutions utilizing our Titan-Flex compressor. A background in ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) or vapor recovery is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand relationships with E&P companies and midstream operators in the Permian Basin.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide tailored compression solutions for vapor recovery and production enhancement.
  3. Drive sales by leveraging industry relationships, conducting field visits, and delivering technical presentations.
  4. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  5. Monitor and report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  6. Represent 7 Compression at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  1. Must live in the Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa preferred).
  2. Existing relationships with oil & gas operators in the region.
  3. 3+ years of experience in oil & gas sales, compression services, ESPs, or vapor recovery.
  4. Strong technical understanding of production optimization and compression applications.
  5. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  6. Self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to travel within the Permian Basin for customer visits and industry events.
