NES Fircroft is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional permanent and contract staff to the energy and engineering industry. Our client, a pioneer in new EOR technology that drastically increases oil and gas production, is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer based in Midland or Odessa, TX.

About our Client:

Headquartered in Dallas, our client has recently restructured, creating a new Midland-based Sales position reporting directly to the CEO and Senior Management. The company offers proven, easy-to-deploy technology using high-energy elastic waves to enhance oil recovery in mature fields worldwide. These tools are manufactured in the US, protected by international patents, and have a 100% success rate in the Permian basin, with over 200 tools deployed. Customers have seen up to double oil production, reduced decline rates, and the technology is environmentally friendly, producing no pollution.

Position Summary:

This full-time, hybrid role in Midland/Odessa involves promoting all Tool leases within North America and Canada, from initial contact to lease execution, including post-sales support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in drilling, stimulation, or hydraulic fracturing, aligned with EOR technologies
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience, preferably with Texas onshore oilfields
  • Willingness to occasionally accompany operations teams to North American and Canadian field installations
  • Highly driven, ambitious, confident, commercial, and resilient
  • Proven ability to close sales and build rapport with clients
Responsibilities:
  • Sell proprietary EOR tools across US/Canada, focusing on the Permian Basin
  • Report directly to the CEO and Senior Management
  • Achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with oil and gas representatives, engineers, and field offices
  • Report on sales activities and market trends
  • Support product promotion through events and exhibitions
  • Analyze market developments and customer needs
  • Uphold the company's reputation
