How You Will Make an Impact: The I & E Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the manufacturing sites stay operational. As a technology-driven company, maintaining sensors and hardware at our plants is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair plant instrumentation, transmitters, analyzers, control valves, switches, and relays.
• Diagnose and correct issues with PLCs and electrical systems & controls.
• Plan details of assigned jobs.
• Use blueprints, sketches, and complex drawings.
• Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, voltmeters, multimeters, and high/low voltage detectors.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain process control systems including Control Logix PLCs, analog and discrete IO devices, and Ethernet IP communications.
• Troubleshoot intelligent motor starters with E300 communication modules.
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PowerFlex VFDs and Soft Starts.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronic communication devices like oscilloscopes, signal generators, voltmeters, multimeters, and high/low voltage detectors.
• Experience reading manuals and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to calibrate a wide range of sensors and detectors.
