KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking a Sales Engineer, OR1 to lead technical sales for operating room integration products in the Gulf Coast region, with emphasis on Houston. The role involves presenting, defining, and delivering integrated OR solutions to hospitals and surgical teams.

You will collaborate with hospital IT and clinical teams, tailor solutions, and manage project scopes while traveling up to 80% to support engagements across healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of experience in medical devices, B2B sales, or healthcare IT preferred.
• Strong understanding of video endoscopy, AV systems, and hospital IT infrastructure.
• Exposure to OR environments and surgical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with hospital IT and clinical teams to tailor solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and define project scope.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and regional forecasting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
