Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy in the Gulf Coast region seeks a Sales Engineer for OR1 integration. You will lead technical sales efforts, define hospital‑level integration requirements, and work with surgical teams to deliver optimized operating room solutions.

The role requires travel up to 80%, strong communication, and hands‑on knowledge of endoscopy systems, AV, and IT infrastructure. A base salary is offered with a lucrative incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in medical device sales, healthcare IT or B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with hospital IT and clinical teams.
• Experience in OR environments and familiarity with surgical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations for OR1 integration.
• Collaborate with hospital IT and clinical teams to tailor integrated OR solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support regional forecasting.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
