Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. invites a Sales Engineer to join a nationwide U.S. sales organization, partnering with Regional Sales Managers to tailor solutions for MSPs, MDUs, hospitality, retail, and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Represent TP-Link’s end-to-end portfolio: wired, wireless (Wi‑Fi 6/7), cloud management, security, surveillance, and automation/telemetry solutions.
Own technical sales motions end-to-end: discovery, architecture/design, RF planning (passive/active), predictive heatmaps, BOMs, proposals, demos/POCs, competitive bake-offs, and TCO/ROI positioning.
Design secure, scalable networking solutions including routing, switching, QoS, segmentation, and WLAN security for indoor/outdoor deployments.
Build and grow relationships with key channel partners, MSPs, MDUs, HSPs, Retail, Enterprise, and SLED accounts; deliver technical enablement and training.
Troubleshoot and lead complex issue resolution during evaluations and pilots; drive technical wins to close.
Contribute to technical content (playbooks, whitepapers, webinars) and present at tradeshows, seminars, and partner events.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements and influence roadmap.
