As a Sales Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values expertise, customer relationships, and cutting-edge technology in designing and manufacturing some of the most precise and innovative step motors in the industry.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and private label accounts.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical support.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, customer support) to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Use CRM and digital tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and training sessions.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Sales Expertise: Proven experience in technical sales, ideally with motion control products.
