Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented Motion Control Engineer with extensive experience in servosystem design, testing, and integration to join our Motion team.

Our Group

The Motion and Control group develops high-end multi-axis motion systems for PDC applications, integrating multidisciplinary fields such as Physics, Control, Electronics, Mechanics, and Software into advanced technology products.

What you'll be doing

• End-to-end responsibility for the development process, including architecture design, specifications, feasibility tests, technology and vendor selection, modeling, simulation, control design, lab testing, system integration, configuration control, and serial production transition.
• Manage development plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Operations, Manufacturing, and Support.
• Lead technical review meetings periodically and as needed.

What should you have?

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with control expertise.
• At least 5 years of experience in servosystem design, testing, and integration.
• Strong theoretical knowledge in control systems, including linear/non-linear systems, friction, and robustness.
• Experience with motion control simulation.
• Familiarity with motion tachylogias such as motors, bearings, sensors, and controllers.
• Excellent English skills – speaking, writing, reading.
• Experience with precision systems – an advantage.
• M.Sc in Engineering with motion experience – an advantage.
