Job summary

Boschgroup is seeking an internship for students in their junior or senior year in engineering/technology fields to support OEM customers in a sales engineering capacity. You will coordinate, measure and report sales processes, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams for production support and data analysis.

The role involves documenting customer activity, leveraging CRM, and identifying improvement opportunities in sales workflows.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior year in mechanical, mechatronic, engineering technology, agriculture, electrical/electronic, or industrial engineering degreed programs.
• Undergraduate students with fluid power or hydraulics coursework are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship in manufacturing is useful but not required.
• Interest in a sales engineering career is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM customers and coordinate sales processes.
• Document customer activity and leverage CRM to improve relationships.
• Generate and maintain reports on key sales metrics for insights.
• Be a trusted liaison between customers and the company for production, development, availability, and data analysis.
• Take projects from concept to proto/production for selected customers and present outcomes.
