Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Coursework/experience in statistical analysis and lean tools is required.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Engineers in problem solving and 8D process steps.
• Create/modify dashboards to track service metrics (Power BI possible).
• Track evaluation status of customer claims.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.
• Provide day-to-day support including reviewing returned materials and root-cause analysis.
• Assemble/disassemble components for failure analysis.
• Read/analyze hydraulic prints.
• Use Six Sigma/Lean tools to analyze and solve problems.
