Job summary

KIOSK Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales and translate customer needs into manufacturable self-service solutions.

You will work across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to define technical strategies and cost estimates for standard and custom kiosk projects. The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing or hardware engineering, familiarity with CAD tools like Creo/ProE or SolidWorks, and strong communication with customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline required.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing, hardware engineering, or related technical role.
• Familiarity with CAD software (Creo/ProE, SolidWorks) required.
• Ability to learn new component technology and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Lead technical discoveries to understand requirements and constraints.
• Develop SOWs, technical requirements, and cost estimates for projects.
• Review drawings and CAD models to support solution development and costing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and effort.
• Research new components and technologies to expand capabilities.
