Job summary

KIOSK Information Systems, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Manager / Project Manager to build strong client relationships and lead manufacturing projects from booking to invoice.

As the primary client liaison, you will coordinate with operations, engineering, and finance to meet timelines, budgets, and opportunities for growth, while driving improvements for customer success and retention.

Travel up to 10% and a compensation range of $75k–$82k with full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role in manufacturing, logistics, or technical environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, finance and logistics to meet milestones.
• Advocate for customers and drive feedback for improvements.
• Track tasks, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Handle escalation and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing customer-owned inventory.
