Qualifications

• 4–10 years as a Sales Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer, or Customer Engineer in payments or fintech.
• Deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Next.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on ‘builder’ mindset who can translate complex technical requirements into simple, effective solutions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor transactions for chargeback risk, fraud, and collusion.
• Own KYC and payout flows, designing extensible systems via APIs.
• Maintain a high-trust environment by combating spam and scams.
• Execute A/B experiments on checkout flows and contribute to future capabilities.
• Act as a technical expert for high-value customers and partners.
