Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a fast-paced team. You will work closely with customers and executives to capture requirements, model business processes, and translate them into demonstrations and proofs of concept using the BizFlow M platform.

The role emphasizes customer-focused solutions, training development, and collaboration with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments. Falls Church, VA, onsite with partial hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of BA experience.
• Experience with web technologies HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough understanding of the BizFlow M platform, its capabilities, and its application to customers’ business challenges.
• Work with clients and partners to identify, document, and model business and functional requirements, translating them into POCs, user stories, and functional specifications within the BizFlow M platform.
• Present written documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and POC demos to potential and current customers and partners of all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Develop and deliver training related content – including lecture plans, exercises, and demonstrations – for the BizFlow M platform.
• Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review requirement specifications and technical designs and provide insightful feedback.
• Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions.
• Assist in developing and carrying out test plans to validate that the delivery of solution(s) meets customer requirements.
• Consistently and accurately communicate findings, recommendations, and other pertinent information to the customer to enable them to make informed decisions.
• Identify new business and uncover potential opportunities for business growth.
