Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a growing team as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will capture business and user requirements to drive development of innovative solutions on BizFlow M, our low-code/no-code platform.

The role requires a strong desire to learn, solid IT understanding, and the ability to consult senior leadership and executives. You will translate complexities into clear actions and participate in testing and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• 3+ years BA experience or equivalent is required.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript in a web environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust with customers.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and its application to client challenges.
• Document and model business requirements, translate to user stories and specs.
• Present documentation, demos, and POCs to customers and executives.
• Deliver training content for BizFlow M platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and delivery teams on designs.
