Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, experience with web tech (HTML/CSS/JS), and excellent communication skills to engage senior leaders. This role emphasizes collaboration, training delivery, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of BA/related experience.
• Proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and executives.
• Proven ability to document requirements, model processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply to customers’ business challenges.
• Document and model business and functional requirements into user stories and POCs.
• Present documentation and demos to customers and executives at all levels.
• Develop training content for the BizFlow M platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review designs.
• Translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Assist in testing to validate delivery meets requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
