BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team and act as a Trusted Advisor to clients. You will capture business requirements, translate them into POCs, user stories, and functional specs, and partner with teams to deliver innovative solutions using BizFlow M.

The role emphasizes strong communication, enterprise IT knowledge, and the ability to present to senior leadership while driving customer success at Falls Church, VA, with 3 days onsite and partial telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3+ years of BA experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply to customer challenges.
• Capture business requirements and model them into POCs, user stories, and specs.
• Present documentation and demos to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Develop and deliver training content for BizFlow M platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on designs.
• Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and validate test plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and advise on growth.
