Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Sales Engineer - Department of War to provide tailored solutions with the Sales, Marketing, and BDs teams. You will conduct demonstrations, support onboarding, and travel up to 50% for meetings and events. This role reports to the Director of Sales Engineering and may be remote based on location.

The position requires a technical background, customer engagement skills, and travel readiness to support DoW customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2+ years pre- and post-sales tech support experience.
• Proficient with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and customer training.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites for technical support and training delivery.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide feedback to development team.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
