Job summary

Union.ai in Seattle is hiring a Sales Engineer to support our ambitious revenue growth for a deeply technical AI infrastructure platform. You will lead discovery, demos, design, and solutioning with prospects, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and post-Sales teams to drive adoption and success.

The role requires 5+ years in a pre-sales capacity for technical products, strong ML and data processing experience, and the ability to travel to conferences and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with data processing, machine-learning systems, MLOps and ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data pipelines.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, containers, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales framework and pre-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, demos, and solution design with prospects alongside Sales.
• Demonstrate platform value through use cases, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Own technical success of trials and onboarding of users and workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive technical decisions and design choices.
• Represent product at events and articulate differentiators against competitors.
