Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio is seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in Aerospace & Defense to drive new business. The role focuses on identifying OEMs and Tier suppliers, building executive relationships, and presenting our precision machining capabilities to prospects across the country.

You will travel within your territory to visit customers, understand programs and pain points, and relentlessly pursue opportunities through to a clear decision.

Responsibilities

• Identifying OEM’s, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities
• Finding and developing relationships with the people who influence where machining work goes
• Building multiple relationships within key accounts
• Getting Advance CNC in front of new customers and creating opportunities to quote
• Visiting customers and prospects throughout your territory
• Understanding customer programs, pain points, sourcing challenges, and future opportunities
• Following through relentlessly until there is a clear yes, no, or next step

$80,000 Base Salary + Aggressive Commission + Bonus

What You'll Do

• Identifying OEM’s, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 base salary + commission + bonus


• 401(k) with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year


• 80 hours PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
