As a Sales Engineer, you’ll act as the technical authority embedded directly in the sales process. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to support complex, high-stakes deals, bringing technical clarity, credibility, and confidence to customer conversations. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Operations, helping prospects understand how Avoca fits into their technical and operational environment. This role supports both inbound and outbound motions and is critical to scaling sales-led growth while maintaining technical rigor and execution quality.

The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$200,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks.
