Associate Sales Engineer - (Cybersecurity / Identity)

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Philadelphia, US (Must be a U.S. Citizen)

The Role

As an Associate Sales Engineer, you’ll support our pre-sales efforts by partnering with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to understand customer needs, showcase product capabilities, and learn how to shape technical solutions that deliver value. This is an ideal stepping stone for individuals eager to transition into a full-time pre-sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering product demonstrations and technical overviews
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) preparations alongside senior team members
  • Collaborate with sales to understand client challenges and use cases
  • Learn and develop deep product knowledge in cybersecurity and identity
  • Stay up-to-date on BI tools, databases, and relevant industry trends
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., technical support, solutions consulting, customer success, implementation)
  • Experience working with BI, database, or data management tools
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to move into pre-sales/Sales Engineering
  • Coachable, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bonus: Any exposure to cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise software
