We are seeking a technical pre-sales professional to partner with sales teams, design customer solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with sales teams to develop and present technical solutions
• Design and recommend optical networking, software, and managed service solutions
• Gather customer requirements and create solution architectures
• Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations
• Assist with proposals, pricing, and statements of work
• Support customer engagements remotely and onsite as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, network engineering, or a related role
• Experience with optical networking technologies, DWDM, ROADM, SONET/SDH, or similar
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, or EVPN
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience supporting technical sales efforts and customer-facing engagement
