Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in L&D, sales enablement, or capability development.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, engineering, energy, or similar commercial settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching and development capability to grow individuals and teams.
• Adaptable and well-organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training focused on performance and revenue.
