Job summary

TUALCOM in Northern Virginia is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our on-site US sales team. You will work closely with the US Director and Sales Engineers to link the US operation with our global HQ in Türkiye.

You will drive sales processes, improve CRM/ERP workflows, and coordinate proposals, pricing, orders and fulfilment while developing onboarding and training programs. Strong cross-functional collaboration and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• We expect hands-on experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related roles in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with CRM/ERP tools and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales processes, productivity, KPIs and reporting
• Improve CRM, ERP and sales operating processes
• Coordinate proposals, pricing, orders and fulfilment
• Manage lead distribution and support selected customer accounts
• Develop onboarding, training and product enablement
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, collateral and lead generation
• Help coordinate major US and international trade events
