Alfred William & Company is seeking a Sales Support Catalyst to collaborate with our Account Managers, Business Developers, Marketing, Designers, Project Managers and Customer Care professionals to help ensure the sustainable growth of our team and support our customers.

The role focuses on learning commercial furniture concepts, design processes, sales methods and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced showroom environment in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking/presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and customer support to the Account Managers and Leadership team.
• Software Support – learn and support the team using CAP, QuickBase and Scout.
• Schedule and attend prospective meetings and follow-up actions.
• Manage small, non-commissionable projects.
• Administrative and data entry.
