Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Project Manager to join the Sales Enablement team, supporting the execution of sales-related strategic initiatives and enhancing the ClearChoice sales experience. The role involves designing, directing and administering Sales Enablement projects with change management and communication support.

The Project Manager reports to the VP of Sales Strategy and will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and lead deployment of new initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project management, or similar experience.
• Experience developing and executing a portfolio of projects at various levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with data and reporting with spreadsheets (MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the full scope of project management services for network-wide strategic initiatives related to the sales process.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage execution of short-, mid-, and long-term projects.
• Direct deployment of new initiatives and develop tracking and accountability processes.
• Develop messaging to meet needs of multiple employee groups, including corporate and field teams.
• Provide ongoing support for existing initiatives by collecting status updates and addressing roadblocks.
