ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Vice President, Field Sales & Operations to lead the division's sales organization across 25+ locations and 300+ employees, driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, and improved conversion metrics. You will partner with the Division President and regional leaders to design scalable sales processes and performance frameworks.

The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate business objectives

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive year-over-year revenue growth, patient acquisition, and market expansion.
• Operational Partnership & Performance Support: Collaborate with Presidents/Directors to improve patient experience, scheduling, and center performance.
• Financial Management & Business Performance: Lead revenue growth planning, budgets, and profitability.
• Collaboration with Clinical Leadership & Innovation: Align growth with clinical excellence and adoption of new technologies.
• Travel: 60-70% travel.
