Connor Group is seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Coordinator to join our Business Development Operations team. This role supports high-performing BD professionals with Salesforce, documentation, proposals, and event campaigns.

Remote or hybrid work options with limited travel. You will gain mentorship, learn SOW development, contract administration, and process improvements while contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in sales support, business operations, marketing operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales operations support to Business Development professionals and Sales Support Managers across a variety of activities.
• Assist with Salesforce opportunity setup, data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposal development, biographies, slide formatting, and document reviews.
• Support event outreach and BD campaigns, track results, and manage logistics.
