Job summary

Vero Fiber is seeking a Manager of Sales Effectiveness to accelerate street-level execution for our FTTH sales. This remote role trains and coaches a door-to-door and inside sales team, running onboarding, field-ride-alongs, and data-driven campaigns to boost performance and close rates.

You will leverage Spotio, Terros, and CRM data to spot gaps, refine pitches in real-time, and drive neighborhood penetration while collaborating with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2C telecom/ISP/FTTH sales, with hands-on field experience.
• High proficiency with field sales tools and CRMs; strong data literacy.
• Proven trainer with ability to coach reps and drive metrics.
• Influence without formal authority to improve coaching and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding lifecycle 30-60-90 days to reduce time-to-first-sale.
• Drive tech stack mastery and ensure 100% adoption of Terros in field activities.
• Support frontline supervisors with structured 1:1s and field ride-alongs.
• Deliver ongoing, punchy training on competitive intelligence and field tactics.
