About the role

The Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement, plays a pivotal role within the GTM team, managing the development and implementation of training programs to enable sales teams to effectively bring products or services to market. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop strategies.
  2. Designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and market readiness.
  3. Assessing sales performance gaps and customizing training solutions accordingly.
  4. Measuring and evaluating training effectiveness and making continuous improvements.
  5. Providing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve performance.
  6. Managing relationships with external training vendors and resources.
  7. Staying current on industry trends and best practices in sales training and enablement.
  8. Leading and managing a team of training specialists to meet training objectives.
  9. Partnering with business unit leaders to assess training needs and recommend solutions.
  10. Communicating costs, benefits, and value of solutions, managing implementation, troubleshooting, and evaluating ROI.
  11. Designing and delivering training programs, providing coaching, and demonstrating team management skills.
  12. Conducting interviews, reviews, and observations to document major accomplishments.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in training and development.
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience with a large professional services firm or corporation providing learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Effective communication, collaboration skills, and stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing L&D initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Strong coaching, time management, resource management, and conflict resolution skills.
