WSFS Bank offers a 10-week paid internship designed to empower college students pursuing a career in financial services. You will engage in meaningful project work, receive mentorship, attend leadership exposures, and participate in professional development activities.

The Sales Enablement & Learning track supports frontline teams with learning programs, communications, change management, and performance initiatives to help clients and associates thrive.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands‑on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Sales Enablement & Learning: The interns will help empower frontline teams to deliver exceptional results by supporting learning and development, communications, change management, and performance initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to how training and communication strategies, incentive programs, and business performance insights enable associates to grow, adapt, and better serve clients.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
