WSFS Bank invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program for hands-on experience across bank departments. The 10-week paid internship includes mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development opportunities.

The Enterprise Learning & Change Management team will guide LMS administration tasks, reporting, and data visualization efforts, with opportunities to present to Senior Leaders and participate in volunteer initiatives.

Enterprise Learning & Change Management - Work with members of the Enterprise Learning and Change Management Team to support day-to-day learning technology operations. Responsibilities include assisting with LMS administration activities such as course configuration, learner enrollment management, testing system functionality, monitoring user access, troubleshooting issues, content updates, and performing quality assurance reviews. Additional responsibilities could include creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to help monitor learning effectiveness, system utilization, learner engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. A business-related or related college major is preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027 Must have reliable transportation. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews. Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
