Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious College students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program, a 10-week paid opportunity starting in June. You will work on real projects across various bank departments, with hands-on exposure and mentorship from executives.

Interns gain experience in mortgage and home lending processes, fraud risk management, customer service, and operations while building a professional network and pursuing personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Home Lending

The intern will gain exposure to the end-to-end home lending process, including mortgage and home equity products, loan processing, underwriting, and operations. Interns will also learn how teams collaborate to help clients achieve homeownership while balancing risk management, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
