Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics seeks a Program Manager to own and evolve the CRM and sales enablement tools used by the shipper engagement team. You will translate business needs into practical requirements, automate workflows, and maintain data quality across systems.

You will partner with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver measurable improvements, train users, and drive adoption of solutions that boost sales productivity and customer insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of project/program management experience.
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and improvement of the team’s customer relationship management system and related sales enablement tools.
• Work with business development and account management users to understand their workflows and translate their needs into clear requirements.
• Build and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, and other lightweight solutions that improve sales-team productivity.
• Maintain data quality, user access, documentation, and operating procedures for the tools.
• Manage the enhancement backlog, test changes with users, coordinate launches, and measure adoption after release.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams on integrations or changes that require technical support.
• Use customer feedback and performance data to identify tool gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Train users and create self-service guidance that supports consistent use of the tools.
