Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management, including managing managers or senior individual contributors experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience
• Experience in project, program or product management with focus on technical education programs
• Experience in instructional design with a software technology company

Responsibilities

• Own the Learning & Development strategy for Amazon Shipping’s Business Development organization.
• Lead and develop a team of L&D professionals across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and regional execution.
• Define core sales curricula, certification standards, and learning mechanisms that scale globally while enabling localization.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales Operations, Product, and Tech to align enablement priorities to business strategy and roadmap changes.
• Establish clear success metrics for learning effectiveness, adoption, and impact on seller performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of learning programs, tools, and delivery models as the business scales.
