Job summary

Amazon’s Global Logistics organization is seeking a Program Manager I to own the CRM system and sales enablement tools for the Domestic First Mile team. You will translate workflows into requirements, configure dashboards, and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver practical solutions.

A hands-on builder with data fluency, you will automate manual processes, maintain data quality, and train users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 2+ years of project/program management experience
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and improvement of the team’s customer relationship management system and related sales enablement tools.
• Work with business development and account management users to understand their workflows and translate their needs into clear requirements.
• Build and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, and other lightweight solutions that improve sales-team productivity.
• Maintain data quality, user access, documentation, and operating procedures for the tools.
• Manage the enhancement backlog, test changes with users, coordinate launches, and measure adoption after release.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams on integrations or changes that require technical support.
• Use customer feedback and performance data to identify tool gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Train users and create self-service guidance that supports consistent use of the tools.
