Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or sales enablement.
  • Experience planning corporate meetings, conferences, and events with attendee management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration and execution of sales enablement programs.
  • Support onboarding for new sales team members, including scheduling and training coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics for USLS LaunchPoint onboarding, including calendars and reporting.
  • Maintain sales enablement resources, materials, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement.
  • Maintain CRM and sales databases with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure event prep for industry events is on time and within budget.
  • Arrange travel, registration, and logistics for conferences and meetings.
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members via timely coordination.
  • Deliver internal service to sales leadership and teams.
  • Demonstrate strong project management balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Reports To: Senior Director of Sales Enablement

Position Summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement & Events Coordinator to support sales enablement initiatives, onboarding programs, national meetings, industry conferences, and day-to-day sales enablement operations. This role serves as a key partner to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement and the sales organization, ensuring that programs, events, communications, and administrative processes are executed with excellence.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration and execution of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, including scheduling, materials preparation, and training coordination.
  • Coordinate administrative support and logistics for the USLS LaunchPoint onboarding program, including scheduling, participant communications, training calendars, certification tracking, learning resource management, and reporting on program completion and progress.
  • Maintain sales enablement resources, training materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement.
  • Maintain CRM and sales databases with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure event preparation for industry events is on time and within budget.
  • Ensure seamless registration, travel, and logistics coordination for conferences and sales meetings.
  • Support successful onboarding of new sales team members through timely coordination and communication.
  • Deliver exceptional internal service to sales leadership and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate strong project management by successfully balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales enablement, or a related business support role.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and sales events, including attendee management, travel coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting sales enablement leadership, business development professionals, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or learning and development programs.
  • Experience supporting a national sales organization.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and event registration tools.
