The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training, curriculum, and enablement resources that help sales professionals perform effectively in their roles. This role partners closely with sales leadership and subject matter experts to execute learning programs, maintain enablement content, and reinforce core selling behaviors that drive productivity and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and passionate about helping sellers succeed through practical training, coaching support, and accessible tools.
This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities.
All full‑time employees working an average of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the following benefits:
$89,500.00 – $134,200.00 / year
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
