Job Title: Sales Enablement (Sr. Mgr. / Associate Director Level)

The Global Conferences Sales (GCS) Salesforce.com (Salesforce) Contractor will help lead and support the design, deployment, and adoption of Salesforce.com within the Global Exhibitor Sales Organization. Embedded within the Client Conferences Sales Enablement Team, this role will be responsible for ensuring a successful migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce, managing functional and business requirements, and driving end-to-end implementation activities. The position requires strong collaboration with the Client’s Business Solutions, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as Sales Learning & Development, and expertise in sales business processes, Salesforce configuration, testing, and rollout strategies.
What You Will Do
- Convergence of sales processes
- Build collaborative relationships with key business partners, including Operations, Business Solutions, Conferences Business Analytics, and Sales Learning & Development, to support the design, development, delivery, and measurement of the Salesforce migration.
- In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team and other business partners, develop a deep understanding of sales business processes and translate them into requirements that are operationalized within Salesforce.com.
- Lead Salesforce testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage pilot programs, gather feedback, and refine processes prior to full deployment.
- Support the development and execution of a deployment plan, including change management and communication strategies.
- Create training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation in collaboration with Sales Learning & Development and Sales Enablement resources.
- Deliver training sessions for end users and leadership to ensure smooth adoption.
- Lead Hypercare and “Office Hours” support post-deployment, addressing issues and monitoring adoption metrics.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Manage future Salesforce releases and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
What You Will Need / Skills
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations roles with progressive responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 4+ years of proficiency using Salesforce.com; Salesforce deployment experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing optimized processes, projects, and programs in a global environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI for analysis, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to build credibility with sales managers and supporting business units as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders and seniority levels.
- Training experience is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, in-app guidance tools, and other sales technologies is a plus.
