You will partner with Sales, Client Management, Product, Marketing, and Operations to enhance effectiveness and streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes onboarding program development, market event coordination, and change management for new systems and go-to-market strategies.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles in health insurance or benefits.
• Experience with carrier, TPA, or benefits consulting environments.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement background.

• Analyze sales performance data and provide regional insights across segments and CRM.
• Lead or support strategic projects to improve sales productivity and broker engagement.
