Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Texas to support our sales and operations teams by managing vendor documentation, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate invoicing and records.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, assist in accounts receivable, and help set up projects in NetSuite, contributing to timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor documentation and COI requests.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries about invoicing, POs, and other transactions.
• Prepare and submit required vendor and customer documentation for compliance.
• Assist in customer collections and accounts receivable processes.
• Support invoicing with Time & Materials (T&M) and fixed-price job details.
• Assist with NetSuite project setup and month-end closing tasks.
