Overview
Our client is a global technology leader seeking an IDG WW (Intelligent Devices Group – Worldwide) Sales Enablement Content Marketing Manager to develop high-impact content that supports core sales motions and equips sellers to engage customers, drive meaningful conversations, and accelerate pipeline within a Commercial Marketing organization. This role will focus primarily on seller-facing enablement content, with some support for customer-facing assets aligned to the customer decision journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales enablement content aligned to key sales motions, including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution overviews, FAQs, talk tracks, and sales kits
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to identify content needs, gaps, and priorities across the funnel
- Translate complex solutions, product capabilities, and industry insights into clear, actionable messaging that sellers can confidently use
- Create supporting customer-facing content such as case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, and infographics to reinforce sales narratives
- Create high-impact content that fuels demand generation and lead nurturing, including short-form and long-form content delivered across multiple modalities
- Build and manage a structured content calendar in Monday.com including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, email campaigns, and more
- Regularly analyze content usage and performance, incorporating seller feedback and data insights to optimize effectiveness and adoption
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support differentiation and improve sales effectiveness
- Manage content budgets and coordinate agency workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content assets
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience creating sales enablement content for B2B technology or SaaS organizations
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling, easy-to-use messaging
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales enablement, demand gen, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using Monday.com (or similar project/content management tools)
