Job description

Swoon's client, a social networking application, is in need of a Sales Content Coordinator to join their team for a 12-month remote contract.

Must haves:

  • Must be located in the United States
  • Experience utilizing a Content Management System
  • Open to an hourly rate between $30-$32/hr (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Program Coordinator (contract) to join our Sales Content Team within the Global Sales Enablement organization! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the execution of high-impact projects that enable the Global Sales Organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn tools quickly, and take proactive direction. Responsibilities include logistics and coordination of Sales Content initiatives, supporting global projects, and assisting with meetings and events.

What you’ll do:

  1. Participate in project meetings, manage milestones and deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and flag potential roadblocks.
  2. Become proficient in our content management system, Highspot, and serve as a system administrator and stakeholder contact.
  3. Collaborate with teams to keep contributors updated and reviews on track.
  4. Support measurement of project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Contribute to continuous innovation to enhance sales team performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations; tech or ad sales experience is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of working in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
  • Strong coordination skills and stakeholder accountability.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Coda, Smartsheets), and content management systems (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
